The Honeywell HO-1100RE Oscillating Tower Fan with Remote and Timer is an elegant fan with integrated remote and two tone colour light/dark silver. Air flow capacity can be controlled at 3 different settings to reach your desired level, this can be controlled by the easy to use control panel, or from across the room via the remote control. Should you want to change the setting because you are too hot, or too cold, you don't even have to leave the comfort of your chair should the remote be to hand. This stylish silver tower fan oscillates at approx 75 degrees for evenly distributed air directed into various spaces across the room. A Breeze Interval function can be used to intermittently blow air or not if you do not want a constant breeze. A timer can also be programmed to turn off the fan after the programmed period which can be from 30 minutes to 7.5 hours. You really are in control with this Honeywell fan, and with a 3 year warranty it is ideal for the summer months or for air circulation all year round.

The Tower Fan is all that I could want to cool us during the long hot nights of 2013 Summer. The fan also has a programmable sleep timer and lots of variables. Plus a remote ...... well handy when you're in bed .

As this item has never been sent to me I am unable to give a review on it I am just sorry I did not see the feed back on this company before order was placed by the looks of things they have not been suppling items but taking payment for them Amazon should not continue to show them as a provider I am out of pocket for the sum of £106. 20p taking it on good faith that they were a reliable company to use. wHAT IS AMAZON GOING TO DO REGARDING THIS SITUATION

As you may know Honeywell make mainframe computers so I expected them to know a thing or two about air cooling systems. I was right. This tower air cooler is reasonably quiet, particularly at the low setting. It oscillates or can be used in a static direction and distributes cool air efficiently. It has a breeze simulation function where it stops intermittently but I don't use that as it goes silent when the breeze "stops" and I found myself waiting for it to start again so I just use it on the oscillating function. Nice design especially where the remote control fits in an indent on the top of the machine. No excuse for losing it!

a good fan. very good in the hot weather we experinced in the last 2 months. good value for money @ £49.99 they subsequently went up to more than twice the price.
